1. Overview

At Shop the Look by Coursechamps Internet Ventures Pvt LTD(OPC), we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds for our Shopify application.

2. Free Plan

Our Free plan allows you to use basic features of Shop the Look at no cost. Since there is no payment involved, no refund is applicable for the Free plan. You can use the Free plan indefinitely and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you choose.

3. Paid Subscriptions

3.1 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify's billing system. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

3.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro plan. During the trial period, you can access all Pro features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Going to your Shopify Admin → Apps → Shop the Look → Cancel subscription
  • Uninstalling the app from your Shopify store
  • Contacting our support team at sunny@coursechamps.com

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you will retain access to basic features and your existing lookbooks (subject to Free plan limitations).

5. Refund Eligibility

5.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the app is not functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization
  • Within 7 Days: Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial charge (first-time subscribers only)

5.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
  • Issues caused by third-party services or your Shopify theme
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Shopify store URL
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Review Period

We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision via email.

7.2 Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed through Shopify's billing system. The refund will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
